3.4 You must keep your registration information accurate and up to date. Changes to mobile number, email address, or other account details must be updated promptly via your account settings or by contacting support.
3.5 pak55 accounts are for personal use only. Using an account for commercial purposes, on behalf of third parties, or in connection with any form of professional gambling operation is expressly prohibited.
4.1 pak55 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification policy in accordance with its international licensing obligations and anti-money laundering (AML) commitments.

5.2 Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT. Availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change. pak55 does not accept cash deposits.
5.3 Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction within your pak55 account. pak55 reserves the right to update minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.
5.4 Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are processed within standard timeframes applicable to each payment method. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.
5.5 pak55 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal request where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or where a player's account is under investigation.
5.6 Players may only withdraw to payment methods or bank accounts registered in their own name and verified through KYC. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
5.7 Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Real-money funds deposited by the player may generally be withdrawn at any time, subject to minimum withdrawal thresholds and verification requirements.
6.1 pak55 offers bonuses and promotional offers to players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit conditions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps on bonus winnings.
6.2 Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements for specific promotions will be stated clearly in the applicable promotion terms.
6.3 Only one bonus may be active in a player account at a time unless pak55 expressly states otherwise in the relevant promotion terms.
6.4 pak55 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. If a bonus is cancelled after having been applied to an account, pak55 will make reasonable efforts to notify the player.
6.5 Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to bonus farming, creating multiple accounts to claim offers, or using automated strategies designed to exploit promotion mechanics, will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in permanent account closure.
7.1 All bets and gaming decisions made on pak55 are final once confirmed. pak55 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets, except where a manifest error has occurred (see clause 7.3).
7.2 pak55 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where it determines that a technical fault, erroneous odds, or game malfunction has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, stakes will be refunded to the player's account.
7.3 A "manifest error" is defined as an obvious and palpable mistake – for example, decimal odds of 1000.00 offered on a near-certain outcome. pak55 reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly erroneous odds.
7.4 Players are responsible for ensuring that all bet details are correct before confirmation. pak55 does not accept liability for bets placed incorrectly by the player.
7.5 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all game types. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface and are subject to change.

11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pak55's total aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 pak55 does not warrant that the platform will be available, error-free, or uninterrupted at all times. Periodic unavailability for maintenance is expected and will be communicated where reasonably practicable.

13.1 pak55 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via email or platform notification with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice prior to the changes taking effect.
13.2 Continued use of the pak55 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using pak55 and may request account closure and withdrawal of available funds.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pak55 holds its operating licence.
